Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution marketing activities to reach brand and category KPIs – market share, financials,
    consumer insights metrics for several countries and categories;
  • Excellent execution/adaptation of marketing campaigns and product launches sent from head office (multi-language
    campaigns)
  • Relations development and daily management of projects with local teams of advertising and media agencies;
  • Management of related brand and categories financials, financial KPIs responsibility, drive of business decisions for
    company to meet financial goals – selling price increases and cost savings programs, which may improve category / brand
    profitability;
  • Brand strategy and budget position formulation/modification for current and upcoming year, several business reviews
    preparation within a year and presentation to Top Management incl. Head Office;
  • Leadership of category portfolio management process based on analytic tools;
  • Commercial monthly reviews co-leadership with other functions with analysis of various data available (Nielsen, internal
    sales, Consumer and Shopper related data) and formulated course of action with presentation of it to the management team;
  • Full responsibility for brand budget management, monthly spending control, reporting and reallocation;
  • Support of effective information flow with internal partners – divisional marketing, divisional innovation team, supply
    chain, countries sales teams to reach alignment, executional excellence and speed to market;
  • Business insights formulation from analytical tools, regular trade / store visits, divisional and global category strategies
    to develop business plans and activities related 5P execution in each retail;
  • Local commercial projects leadership: go to market for new products, customer (key chains) engagement projects, brand or category activations in-store environment: product assortment, placement/planogram, POP/in-store decorations, pricing, promotions.

Requirements to the candidate:

  • University degree;
  • 3+ years of work experience in Brand Marketing/Customer Marketing;
  • Strong analytical capabilities;
  • Fluent English.
